Prepared case studies on big data services offered by the world’s leading mobile network operators
Prepared revenue forecasts for big data services in Poland in the crowd analytics and mobile advertising categories
Developed specific recommendations for the client’s market launch of big data services
Produced the report in two versions: an executive summary (10 pages) and a full version (75 pages)
Presented the report in a half-day workshop

Success:

The report gave the client an overview of the strategies and offerings of the world’s leading mobile network operators in the area of big data
The client received a sales forecast for the Polish market, which enabled it plan a new service initiative and to prioritise it over other service launches
Our recommendation enabled the client to adopt, at management level, goals and a strategy for implementing selected big data services
