HR generalist for modern personnel management

Michaela Just has been working in the HR sector for more than 30 years and as an HR interim manager for over 17. She successfully completed more than 20 projects while working as a freelancer.

These projects included personnel management, the realignment of the HR department and HR projects such as the organisation of working time, target agreements, outsourcing of payroll, HR change management projects such as reorganisation and downsizing. Cooperating constructively with companies that have employee representation is very important to her.
