Private operator of retirement homes in Germany
Measures:
Recording processes for wage and payroll accounting to date
Cooperation with project manager of the service provider
Consolidating wage types and establishing new requirements and structures
Process descriptions
Roadshows in the regions to present the new processes to HR managers and to provide training in them
Assisting with initial statements and improving internal and external processes
Success:
- Creating new process descriptions and developing a process manual
- Successful completion of roadshows and gaining acceptance for the new wage and payroll accounting and processes
- Implementing a ticket system in conjunction with the IT manager and an external programmer
- Successful handover to the internal team of wage and payroll accounting interface management
