Consultant and interim manager (CRO) for restructuring

Thomas Vogel has years of restructuring expertise as an interim manager and consultant for medium-sized, owner-managed companies and subsidiaries of international corporations and holding companies in the manufacturing industry (focus on food) and in specialist trade.

He has been responsible for business restructuring as managing director or project manager on a number of projects and devised and implemented measures to optimise processes and structures, for PMI and to cut costs. His ability to execute this was especially evident in project work at one of the pioneers of implementation-orientated consulting.
