  • Preparation of business plan for sales and manufacturing

  • Preparation / presentation to board

  • Selection of internal / external project team members

  • Determination of responsibilities and timelines

  • Preparation of local content concept in coordination with internal / external partners

  • Selection of locations for sales and manufacturing in coordination with internal partners

  • Selection of business partners and service providers (Legal, IT, Banks, Auditors)

  • Coordination of project activities during built-up and start-up

  • Ensure timely start of operations in accordance with business plan

  • Handover to line management

Success:

  • On time project realisation and start of operations
  • Smooth start-up and ramp-up in line with budgets
  • All business plan targets were met
