Selection of internal / external project team members

Preparation of local content concept in coordination with internal / external partners
Selection of locations for sales and manufacturing in coordination with internal partners
Selection of business partners and service providers (Legal, IT, Banks, Auditors)
Coordination of project activities during built-up and start-up
Ensure timely start of operations in accordance with business plan
Handover to line management
Success:
