  • Analysed the sales markets of both companies

  • Analysed potential synergy and cross-selling effects in a merger of companies

  • Reduced the business area of call-back and call-through services and developed the business area of telephony and internet services by using existing sales channels and sales intermediaries

  • Reduced the headcount by about 20 employees

  • Transferred as many as possible of the remaining personnel to the new company

  • Personally involved in discussions and negotiations with key customers
