Reduced the business area of call-back and call-through services and developed the business area of telephony and internet services by using existing sales channels and sales intermediaries
Reduced the headcount by about 20 employees
Transferred as many as possible of the remaining personnel to the new company
Personally involved in discussions and negotiations with key customers
