Mandate:
Introduction of a digital training concept based on a central learning platform for self-determined achievement and control of learning objectives

A state-affiliated and subsidised company, with about 1,000 training participants per year

Measures:

  • Developed a concept for a learning platform’s planned scope of services (specification sheet)

  • Converted the existing IT department into an internal service provider and specialist consultant

  • Outsourced less valuable activities (copiers and desktop lifecycle management)

  • Determined further improvements in the entire training process through surveys

  • Prepared a communication plan for the introduction of the new platform

  • Provided support in selecting hardware and software for the digital platform

Success:

  • Reduced costs in the training operations while increasing capacity
  • Improved the client’s image by introducing the digital learning platform
